A chef, 藤井 孝之輔 has loved cooking since he was a little kid, and worshiped the cooks, then from 20 years old, jumped into the world of Japanese food and started cooking. He has been studying Japanese food while working at famous restaurant for a long time, in 2012, appointed to chef of Suien at the same time with opening the store.
This shop has seats at the table, bar, and kotatsu, a Japanese foot warmer under the table. They will offer a great dish and service for your enjoyable time.
