Hasedera Temple is located at Kamakura of Japan, which is gain large numbers of people ‘s faith since its creation. Inside the temple, there is a unique eleven-headed Kannon, which has 11 faces, Front, left, right each three sides has one face, on side behind and on top of it has each, with different expressions, means its desire to listen to people’s rescue. Flowers opening in four seasons, each season is different, showing their excellence in their own realm.


Hasedera Temple organizes different festivals every year, the night of the last day in 2016, on December 31, Temple will be held in the traditional “Lantern praying” campaign.


Participants offered 5000 candle cups arranged in a circle, illuminating venue. Everyone in the candlelight reflected the growth and harvest of gratitude in the past year, pray that the new year will be more beautiful and happy!


The day on January 1, will held “amendments”, after it, there will be a temple monks gathered in the temple square chanting, may there will be peace and prosperity in the new year!

【The Last Night Before New Year】

On December 31, 23:00 the Temple’s door will be open, it is free to get in before 8:00 at the next day.


In the evening of 22:00, the Temple begin to distribute 108 priority tickets, the person who get priority tickets can participate in the great “blessing Bell”.
